Our signature Artisan Truffles, what started it all, consist of a smooth ganache or confectionery filling, encased in a couverture chocolate shell. These are meticulously crafted and decorated by hand for your greatest pleasure.

What is ganache?

Ganache is a smooth, fudge-like filling, made with an emulsion of chocolate and hot cream.

Cloud City-Bourbon

A taste of Leadville’s legendary past, the Cloud City-Bourbon truffle features a snow-capped shell and smooth blonde chocolate ganache infused with 10th Mountain Bourbon, crafted just over the pass in Vail. Rich, warming, and rooted in Colorado heritage, it’s a tribute to the rugged charm of “Cloud City” and the spirit that shaped it.

San Isabel-Honey Vodka

A golden tribute to Colorado’s wild beauty, the San Isabel truffle blends silky milk chocolate with locally crafted Spring 44 Honey Vodka for a smooth, floral warmth. Encased in a blonde chocolate shell and topped with local bee pollen, this truffle celebrates the vibrant yellows of the San Isabel Forest and the thriving Rocky Mountain honeybee scene. Sweet, spirited, and distinctly Colorado.
