Founded in October 2024, Cloud City Confections was born from a passion for fine chocolate and a desire to make high-quality, dairy-free sweets more widely available. We opened the doors to our first storefront in June of 2025 on the upper level of the Bluebird Market in Silverthorne, Colorado and are proud to continue serving our community in the Rocky Mountain Region!

Every piece of chocolate is handcrafted by Chef Rae, Owner and Chocolatier, whose professional expertise ensures that each and every chocolate is made with precision, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to quality. We use only couverture chocolate, which contains a high percentage of cocoa butter and cacao bean, ensuring an ultra-smooth texture, rich flavor, and a truly indulgent experience. We also use Organic & Fair-Trade chocolate for a peace of mind.
